Service & support
Optonova’s systems are extremely reliable. However, to ensure that help is provided quickly if something does happen, we recommend our customers to sign a Service & Support agreement with us, which comprises the following optional services:
- Telephone and internet support. Optonova offers rapid support via telephone and internet.
- Service on site. Optonova can guarantee an engineer on site in Europe within 48 hours plus travel time (weekdays) to start any support work.
- Preventive maintenance. Optonova recommends one annual preventive maintenance visit.
