Furniture parts that won’t fit together are history. By combining vision technology and laser profiling, Hole-QI checks every bore for position, diameter and depth. Positional errors and other defects that exceed pre-set thresholds are shown on the operator’s display.
Hole-QI is available in the three versions below:
The Hole-QI Stationary Panel is installed on lines where furniture parts are conveyed stepwise along the boring station. Each individual furniture part is inspected. An integrated linear conveyor module moves the sensor over the stationary furniture part.
